She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Harold Robert Hayes, II (Bob) and Barbara Davis Hayes; and her brother Harold Robert Hayes III. She is survived by : her children, Jacob Alan Rash (Nancy Jeanne) and Katherine Lee (Rob); her sister Susan Kathleen Hayes; and her grandchildren, Jayce Richard Rash, Willa Faith Rash, Elaine Josephine Lee and Olivia Lorraine Lee.
