With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Lucky of El Paso, Texas, born in Granger, Texas, who passed away on September 15, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lucky and Mary Pearl Lucky of Ysleta; his stepson Carson Lucky; and his siblings, Tom Lucky, Gladys Millican, Billy Ray Lucky, Harlan Lucky and Dorothy Elliott.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lucky of El Paso; his daughter Cecily Miller; his granddaughter Marilyn Miller of Lubbock; and his brother Roland Lucky of El Paso. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate in the memory of Frank Lucky to a law enforcement or veteran service organization of your choice.
