She is survived by: her sister Helen Black; her children, Blaine Golden and Terry Brumfield (Jerry); her grandchildren, Kelley Golden, Jessica Fortenberry (Shane), Channing Clark (Stacey) and Perry Clark Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Xander Amarillas, Catlin Fortenberry, Zachary Fortenberry, Calob Clark, Michael Clark, Mathieu Clark and Tinleigh Clark.
