We bid farewell to Evangelina A. Ramirez of El Paso, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2024 at the age of 91. Evangelina touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Guillermo Ramirez Jr.; her parents, Francisco Armendariz and Dominga Armendariz; and her brothers, Manuel Armendariz, Francisco Armendariz and Richard Armendariz.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Bustillos (Charlie), Yolanda Serrano (Sipriano), Guillermo Ramirez III (Praxedis), Elizabeth Johnson (Harold), Evangeline Quinones (Hector) and Mary Ann Ramirez (Ray); and her siblings, Amelia Ochoa, Alfredo Armendariz, Irene Bryant, Martha Castillo, Lucy Galindo, Maggie Morales (Carlos) and Freddy Armendariz (Leticia). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A prayer was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Eva was very active in her church and various charity organizations.
