He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Duenas Centeno; his children, Emilio Jr., Yvonne Govea, Mario, David, Alberto and Edwardo Garcia; his grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan Govea, Katy Moyers, Gabriel, Jaden, David, Estevan, Julian, Brianna, Edward, Biviana, Ronnie, Solomon and Elisa Garcia; his great grandchildren, Kai Govea and Robbie Moyers; and his children-in-law, Robert Govea, Bonnie and Marly Garcia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Funeral Home - El Paso (1755 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907).
