He is survived by: his wife Luisa Estela; his children, Beto Contreras (Rosie), Hilda Galvan (Mike) and Zulema Carrillo (Victor); his grandchildren, Justin Galvan, Marissa Culpepper, Brianna Flores and Brandon Contreras; his great grandchildren, James Cecil Culpepper and Julian Anthony Flores; and his siblings, Edward, Nina and Elisa.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria (8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904). A rosary will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (1050 N Clark Dr, El Paso, TX 79905). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
