He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo and Ines; and his siblings, Yolanda, Angelina and Lorenzo.
He is survived by: his wife Elena; his children, Darlene Morales (Cruz), Eduardo III (Mayra) and Cynthia Simmons; his brother Roberto; and his grandchildren, Jacklyn, Cynthia, Cruz Jr., Carlos, Eduardo IV, Jonathan, Jordan, Joan Elena, Evan, Antonio, Keenan, Jalen and Dacien. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, along with a large loving extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Perches Funeral Home - East (2280 Joe Battle Blvd, El Paso, TX 79938). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church (12200 Vista Del Sol Dr, El Paso, TX 79936). A committal service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
