He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Christine Callahan Mobbs and Dutch Allen Mobbs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee LeBlanc Mobbs; his sisters, Evelyn and Dorothy; his daughter Bonnie Eloise; his granddaughter Tara LaShay; his children, Allen Mobbs of Spring and Belinda Wiens of Gilbert; his sister Joann Haggard (Polly) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Branson Wiens, Landon Wiens, Jessica Castro (Mobbs), Shawna Mobbs and Megan Mobbs. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Coronado Baptist Church (501 Thunderbird Dr, El Paso, TX 79912). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the James Canyon Cemetery (2538 US-82, Cloudcroft, NM 88317).
