It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Urrutia of El Paso, Texas, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Urrutia Si; her mother Catalina Martinez; her siblings, Salvador Martinez, Emma Osmond and Eva Nava; and her son-in-law Arturo Pacheco.
She is survived by: her children, Lisbeth Catherine Pacheco, Ruben Urrutia Jr. (Sarah Urrutia) and James Urrutia (Amanda Urrutia); her grandchildren, Michelle Pacheco Lester (Robert Lester), Christopher Pacheco, Desiree Pacheco (Luis Najera), Matthew Pacheco, Sienna Urrutia, Autumn Urrutia, Victoria Urrutia, Alex Wright and James Nicholas Urrutia; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Dominic, Bobbi-Rose, Chance, Donae', Emma and Mateo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Santo Niño de Atocha Catholic Church (210 S Clark Dr, El Paso, TX 79905). A rosary was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907, USA). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:00 PM.
