He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Foster (Blake) and Charles William Foster. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Foster; his brothers, Richard and Robert; his sons, Jason and Brian; his grandchildren, Dakota, Kaden, Kayleigh, Liam, Zarah and Zayda; his great grandchild Eleanor; and his friends, John and Lanette Shroyer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scenic Chapel (1334 N Scenic Dr, Alamogordo, NM 88310). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
