She is survived by: her husband Hugo E. Márquez; her friend Christian; her daughters, Lisandra P. Piper and Jennah Celeste A. Márquez; her siblings, Cora I. Vasquez and Robert C. Douglas; her grandchildren, Muhammad Karboji (Crystal Bales), Majid Karboji, Amani Karboji and Raneem Karboji; her great grandchildren, Idris Karboji, Ismail Karboji and Asiya Karboji; her cousins, Henry F. Holguin (Estela) and Elvira "Chuki" Aue; her friends, Enrique, Alicia Marquez, Walter, Andrea Bales, Josefina Meneses, Jessie, Bonnie Ruvalcaba, David and Martha Garcia; and also Chuck Parish (Renee). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Montwood Church of the Nazarene (10640 Montwood Dr, El Paso, TX 79935). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Evergreen East Cemetery (12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938).
