He is survived by: his son William Payne III (Gilda) of Onalaska, TX; his wife Theresa Zetka Payne of El Campo; his stepchildren, Joe Zetka, Jr. (Patti) of Wharton and Leslie Zetka Williams (Chris) of Ganado; his stepgrandchildren, Paul Schoelman, Curtis Schoelman, Nicholaus Holliday, Wesley Castro (Melissa), Rebecca Hancock, Tristin Williams and Ryan Williams; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooke and Brayden Castro.
