He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Womack, Nadine Womack, Mary Beth Emberland, Nath Crockett Womack Jr., Richard Glenn Womack (Susana) and Ralph Womack (Jolie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a great niece.
