He is survived by: his wife Doris Hlavaty Gaskamp; his daughters, Jennifer Johnson Green (Joel) and Jamie Gaskamp Gates (Barrett); his grandchildren, Jaydon Green, Allan Gates and Avery Gates; his siblings, Larry Gaskamp (Kathy), Karen Dodwell (Steve) and Carla Brady (Tim); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Hlavaty and Dennis Hlavaty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
