She was predeceased by: her stepmother Mozel Blair Koehne; and her stepsister Donna Vacek. She is survived by: her father Leonard Koehne, Jr.; her husband Patrick Kubala; her children, Jordan Kubala (Kristy) and Haley Kubala; her grandchildren, Jett and Kate Kubala; her stepsiblings, Denise Palinek and Tommy Mathews; and her half-siblings, Kimberly Fojtik and Earl Wiegand (Bubba).
Memorial donations in memory of Becky may be made to the MS Foundation.
