It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond T. Garcia (El Campo, Texas), who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Garcia Jr. and Mary Tijerina; his siblings, Guadalupe Driver and Benny Garcia Sr.; and his nephews, Benny Garcia Jr. and Daniel Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Berlinda Arreola (Chano) of Uvalde, Raymond Garcia Jr. (Karen) of Lake Jackson, Deanna Mata (Nicolas Jr.) of Rosharon and Brad Hoebel Garcia of Chicago; his grandchildren, Joe Garza Jr., Desirae Garza Aleman, Sara Garza, Angel Garza, Savannah Johansen, Aubrey Garcia, Jared Garcia, Adrian Garcia, Devin Helton, Ryan Marin, Jacob Valdez, Landon Mata, Tristan Mata, Everly Mata, Adrian Hoebel and Theo Hoebel; and his sister Annie Garcia (Mingo) of Sugar Land. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
