He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselmo Rodriguez and Consepsion Garcia Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Noemi A. Flores Rodriguez of El Campo; and his children, Joe Luis Rodriguez (Sara) of Raymondville, Jaime Rodriguez (Cynthia) of Needville, Elizabeth Holcombe (John) of Richmond and Noemi Aguilar (Raymond) of Richmond. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
