He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludvik Bartek, Sr. and Julia Bartek (Rucka); his wife Senaida Bartek; and his siblings, Rita Krpec, Joe and Rick Bartek.

He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Guderian (Glenn); his stepdaughter Leona Tristan (James Mosby); and his siblings, Tommy Bartek, Judy Venglar (Bob), Mary Kay Socha (Glenn) and Theresa Harton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren & three great grandchildren.
