He is survived by: his mother Angela Garcia Juarez; his children, Leonard Juarez, Jr., Gloria Juarez, Mary Juarez and Sandra Rodgers; and his siblings, Joe Hernandez, Jr., Sam Hernandez, Janie Rivera and Linda Aguilar. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
