He was predeceased by: his father Leo Popp; and his siblings, Wilfred Popp, Edward Popp and Anna Marie Cada. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Pauler Popp of El Campo; his grandchildren, Zach Popp of Lexington Park, MD and Emily Popp of Midlothian, VA; and his siblings, Ethelyn Popp and Johnnie Popp (Patsy) of El Campo.
