He is survived by: his parents, Gary Supak and Joyce Supak; his wife Stacey Supak; his son Hunter Supak; his sister Megan House (Kyle); his nieces and nephews, Kutter of El Campo and Maci of El Campo; his sister Kelsey Stansberry (Cody) of El Campo; his grandfather Raymond Korenek of Nada; his parents-in-law, Donnie and Karen Hickl; his sister-in-law Charlene Zamora (Julio); his nephews, Alexander and Christopher; his niece Genevieve; his sister-in-law Michelle Harvey (Brain); his nieces and nephews, Audrey and Lainey; and his aunts and uncles, Lambert (Carol Brune), Gus (Debbie Sohrt), Tony (Becky Leopold), Terry (Linda Supak), Michael (Kelly Korenek), Kenneth (Rita Poncik), Ronnie (Jennifer Korenek) and LuAnn Korenek.
