He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Ibarra and Juanita Martinez Rocha; his son Joe Rocha; and his siblings, Luis Rocha, Jr., Roy Rocha and Mary Rocha.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Guajardo and Richard Rocha; and his siblings, Robert, Julian Rocha and Rosa Rocha. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
