She is survived by: her children, Robert Allen and Dr. Connie Lynn Polasek (Dawn E Needels); her grandchildren, Christopher Allen Polasek, Emily Needels and William "Ryan" Needels; and her siblings, Thomas Menefee, David Menefee (Cynthia) and Jane Barclay. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and close friends.
