He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Sr. Villarreal and Dominga Guerrero Villarreal; his brothers, Alfredo "Nuno" Villarreal and Carlos Villarreal; and his grandchildren, Nehemiah King Villarreal and Jeremiah Blaze Villarreal.
He is survived by: his wife Tiffany L. Villarreal; his children, Samantha Jo Sanchez (Jose), Brianna Lynn Jimenez (Dustin), Desirae Villarreal, Jesus "Jay" Villarreal, Jr. (Blanca), Juan Alfredo Villarreal, Julian Estban Villarreal and Jermey Ray Villarreal; his siblings, Maria Franco, Celestina Montez Villarreal (David Lopez) and Joe L. Villarreal, Sr.; and his stepchildren, Daniel DeLuna, III, Destiny DeLuna and Danni Rae Contreras.
