He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Skrovan and Bertha Till Skrovan; his wife Nyoka Skrovan; and his brother Clarence Skrovan (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Skrovan of Sugar Land and Jay Skrovan (Rachal) of El Campo; his stepgrandchildren, Mikayla and John Hildebrand of El Campo; and his sister-in-law Monica Lehrer (Paul) of Sugar Land. He is also survived by two nephews and six nieces.
Memorial donations in memory of James may be made to the St. Philip School Endowment Fund.
