It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Sellers Vacek of El Campo, Texas, born in Bay City, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Bess Brannon and Alonzo Sellers (Lonnie); her daughter Jenny Lynn Vacek; and her sisters, Elizabeth Ashworth and Nadine Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Collins (Ricky), Kenny Vacek (Letty), Penny Acuna (D. Ray) and Glenn Vacek (Holly); her siblings, John Sellers, Nelda Hadaway, Wilma Jennings (Karl), Connie Dabney and Milton Sellers (Carol); her grandchildren, Casey Bridges (Vance), Clayton Collins (Samantha), Calen Collins (Kari), Ken Vacek, Valerie Vacek, Taylor Vacek, Darren Acuna (Christina), Whitley Kelley (Justin) and Levi Vacek; and her great grandchildren, Brynn, Blaire Bridges, Charlotte Collins, Annalise Collins, Elizabeth Acuna (Libby), Haven Kelley and Wrenley Kelley.
