She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Pfeffer and Mary Wakefield Pfeffer; her sisters, Kathy Moran and Evelyn; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Bounds and Lloyd Lay.
She is survived by: her husband A. J. Richter Jr. of El Campo; her sons, Russell Richter Sr. (Lisa) of El Campo and Lance Richter of El Campo; her grandchildren, Russell Richter Jr. of El Campo and Kirsten Richter Gonzalez (John) of Galveston; her great grandchildren, Luke and Olivia Gonzalez; and her sister Sue Lay of West Columbia.
