He is survived by: his parents, Martin, Sr. Medina and Eleuteria Sanchez Medina; his wife Jennifer Hermis Medina; his children, Avriana, Aleyna, Cecilia Medina, Alyssa Stanford and Adrian Medina; and his siblings, Simon Medina, Martin Medina, Jr., Jesus Medina, Benita Alvarez and Romana Medina.
