She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Zamazal and Annie Miksik Zamazal; her husband Raymond Hlavaty; her daughter Debbie Steinmann; her granddaughter Kelly Dluhos; and her siblings, Frank, Charlie, Louis Jr., Joseph, George Zamazal, Louise Benefield, Hattie Lukaszewski, Helen McNulty, Ann Skrla, Lillie Welfel, Cecilia Kutach and Adell Furch.
She is survived by: her children, Rena Dluhos (Tommy) of El Campo and Dennis Hlavaty (Trina) of La Porte; her son-in-law Garland Steinmann of Bay City; her grandchildren, Ricky Wendel (Sarah), Dusty Wendel (Nicole), Kevin Dluhos (Stacie), Katie Nash (Andy), Elizabeth Russell, Amanda Tarver (Stephen) and Jenna Tesch (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Summer, Trinity Wendel, Parks, Luke Dluhos, Charlie, Samuel Nash, Britney Russell, Aubrey Tarver and Jessa Tesch; and her aunt Pat'.
