She was predeceased by: her parents, John Novak and Agnes Vanek Novak; her brothers, Leon, Victor and George Novak; and her granddaughter Lindsay Marie Kana.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmie" Dornak; her children, Counselor, Jayme Kana (Francis) of Bossier City, LA, Dana Sternadel (Leonard) of La Grange, TX, John V. Dornak (Eydie) of Palacios, TX and Angela Dornak of El Campo; her grandchildren, Estella Granato (Bret), Lori Benich (Tom), Lisa Rodgers (Luke), Allison Kana, Scott Sternadel (Susan), Dede Dornak, Kristen Mitchell (Stephen), Rebecca Chandler (Casey), Monica Parker, Jeff Dornak (Kristy), Casey Kittel (Guy), Meredith Baker (Chandler), Kyle Parker (Rebeca), Megan Roberts (Andrew), Christopher Dornak and Ashley Dornak; and her sisters, Martha Hubenak of El Campo and Lillie Cervenka of El Campo.
