He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome E. Dorotik and Georgia Nemec Dorotik. He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony Jerome Dorotik (Wanda), Marian Jeanette Gleize (Philippe), Kevin Michael Dorotik (Tina), Karen Sue Kaspar (Leroy), Rosann Marie Zalman (Daniel), Clare Jean Beltrand (Dan), Jerome Joseph Dorotik Jr. (Kari), Vicki Lynn Schneider (Steven), Jean Ann Merck (John) and Marcy Lea Bilnoski (Patrick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of Ernest may be made to St. John's Catholic Church or Wharton County Cares.
