He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; his siblings, Charlene Phillips and William; and his daughter Marilyn. He is survived by: his children, William B. Hill of Cookville, Elizabeth Anderson of Lutz, FL., Nora Charlene Clarke of Bastrop, Betty Marie Tinsley of Victoria and Lori Ann Williams of Camp Wood. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
