She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Cerny and Judith Cerny (Pavlicek) of El Campo, Texas.; her husband Vince Mader Jr.; her sons, Vincent Mader and Rudy Mader; her sister Loraine Franek; her brother-in-law Gerald Franek; and her great grandchild Colin Tyler.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Korenek (Leonard) and William Mader (Bill); her grandchildren, Bridget Adams (Brandon), Brooke Olsovsky (Cory), Christinna Lesikar (Spencer), Misty Tyler, William Mader (Catherine) and Michael Mader (Candice); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madison Adams, Rory, Whryse Lesikar, Tori Chumchal, John, James Mader, Mason and Madison Mader.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of South Texas Dornburg Center of Compassion or Nazareth Academy Catholic School, both in Victoria, Texas.
