She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Rivera Sr. and Mary Helen De La O (Rivera); her husband Albert Perez Sr.; her daughter Michelle Helen Perez; her siblings, Manuel Rivera and Patricia Rivera Gonzales; and her stepchildren, Anna Hailey and Joe Lee Perez.

She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Perez and Manuel Perez; her siblings, Joe Rivera Jr., Willie Rivera (Kim Sheffield) and Jane Rivera Reyna (Paul Reyna Jr.); her stepson Albert Perez Jr. (Amy Perez); and her stepdaughter-in-law Shannon Perez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, one great-niece and one great-nephew.
