He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sanford Ramsey and Patricia Ramsey of Corvallis, Oregon; his wife Sharon L. Fenter; his children, Ressa Pippin Wright of Jermyn, Texas, B. J. of El Campo and Ryan Ramsey of El Campo; his siblings, Shari Stein of Wickenburg, Arizona and Scott Ramsey of Corvallis; and his granddaughter Ruby Pippin.
