He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Grant and Jessie Ann Wells Pruett; his wife Mary Ella Zaruba; his brothers, Robert Pruett and Henry Pruett; and his daughters, Deliah Rohde and Cindy Zaruba.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Pruett, Jr., Jimmy Pruett, Michael Pruett, Anthony Zaruba, Timmy Zaruba, Ernie Zaruba, Walter Volek, Linda Ruckle, Clara Schulze, Cheryl Rehman, Machell Arrambide, Wayne and Emily Zaruba. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
