She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Morton and Georgia Morton. She is survived by: her husband Joe Fingerlin of Lakeway; her children, Melissa Plaisance (Darryl) of Houston, Jason Miller of Houston and Kelley Fooshee (Matt) of Lakeway, TX; and her grandchildren, Austin, Jake, Lauren Plaisance and Oliver Fooshee.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the National Museum of the Pacific War, Fredericksburg.
