He is survived by: his father Walter Ortiz; his wife Lene Ortiz (Maria); his children, Jonathon Ortiz (Leslie) and Jenna Martin (Trey); his grandchildren, Nicholas Ortiz, Seth Ortiz, Maverick Martin and Alora Martin; and his siblings, Donna Ortiz, Christine Soliz and Ruben Ortiz.
