He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Chapman; his parents, Earl Clifford Chapman and Grace Walker Chapman; his stepmother Gladys Chapman; his brothers, Burnice Chapman and Leonard Chapman; and his stepbrother Larry Mills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Chapman Davis of Edom and Meronda Chapman Ruiz; his sister Nettie Garrett (Jimmy); his half-sister Virginia Ann Chapman; his grandsons, Josh Davis, Jake Davis, Justin Davis and Jozef Ruiz; and his great grandchildren, Dwight Davis and Carson Davis.
