He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Norris Budd Shutt; his children, Sherry Reed (Scott), Debbie Huff (Jim), Robin Oakley (Don) and Bruce Shutt (Connie); his siblings, Vera Born Rogers and John A. Shutt; his grandchildren, Bryan Oakley, Brietta Oakley, Jessica Huff, Collin Oakley, Rebekah Shutt Rios, Kristi Huff Dailey, Carrie Shutt and Karl Shutt; and his stepchildren, Vicky Black (Gary), Ricky Budd (Linda), Randy Budd and Robby Budd.
