He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walton Allen, Sr. and Lottie Sawyers; his children, Edward Rackley (Christy), Randy Sawyers, Michael Sawyers (Carol), David Sawyers (Tammy), Evelyn Hilbrich, Flo Rackley, Tammi Beishline (David), Susan McKay and Lottie Sawyers; his sister Hattie Lee Robinson; his wife Edna Marie Sawyers; his daughter Jimmie Winter (Jeff); his grandchild Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Michael Franklin Vaughan, Elizabeth La Rose Vaughan and Dylan Craig. He was also cherished by twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
