He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Mae Tolbert Williams; and his sister Joyce Sanchez. He is survived by: his children, Kay Williams Peters (Glenn) and Richard Williams (Rickey); his grandchildren, Jacob Peters (Kelly Hayes) and Maegan Peters DeVolld (William); and his great grandchild Sophia DeVolld. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
