He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard O'Sick and Dorothy O'Sick; his grandparents, Robert, Marie Baker, Howard West O'Sick, Arthur and Beatrice Crum; his brother Louis O'Sick; and his grandchildren, Chris Gasch and James Barrios.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Van Guider O'Sick; his daughters, Tammy O'Sick of Edna, Kathy Gasch (Billy), Victoria and Charity Buschman (James) of Granville, NY; and his brother Clay O'Sick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
