He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brzozowski and Elizabeth Brzozowski; his brothers, J. C. and Lawrence Brzozowski; his son Mark Anthony Brzozowski; his son-in-law Marvin Martin; and his sister Bertha Roznovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Theresa Martin, Andrew Brzozowski (Cathy) and Patrick Brzozowski (Cherie); his sister Mary Elizabeth "Dolly" Alexander; his grandchildren, Markalise Mithcell, Lucas Brzozowski, Caleb Brzozowski, Leeman Martin, Christina Belk, Michael Brzozowski, Amy George, Matthew Brzozowski and WIlliam Brzozowski; and his great grandchildren, Dade, Khaki, Jillian, Weston, Kailyn, Gavin, Carson, Aston, Dean, Kennedy, Carter, Myla, Brielle, Bowen and Kallen.
