He was predeceased by: his sister JoAnn Jager. He is survived by: his wife Billie Joyce Heaton James of Edna; his children, Michelle James (Chris Strickland) and Mark James (Jennifer Holt James) of Edna, TX; his siblings, Jeanette Clark (Walter) of Weatherford, TX and John Michael James (Barbara) of Edna; and his grandchildren, Taylor Hamilton, Cheyenne Hamilton, Tyler James and Melanie James.
