She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Estell Vaughan and Jeffie Olene Vaughan (Seawright); her husband Sammie F. Cook; and her daughter Gloria Dale Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Olivia Anne Mixon (John T.) of Edna, Texas and Grady Franklin Cook of Charleston; her son-in-law Norman Johnson of Slaughters, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Andrew Dale Johnson, Bryan Franklin Johnson, John T. Mixon, III, Samuel Cook Mixon and Anna Phayree Mixon.
