She is survived by: her sons, Dan Richard Folmar, Jr. (Diane Fields) of Benton, AR, James Madison Folmar (Bonnie) of Rosenberg and Larry Glenn Folmar (Carrie) of Edna; her brother Charles Swain, Jr.; her grandchildren, Cody Ryan Folmar, Aubrie Nykole Torquemeda (Kyle), Kendan Kyle Folmar (Kelsey), Blake Cameron Folmar (Kyndir), Drew Michael Folmar, Emily Ann Folmar and Jacklyn Annette Lundstom (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Jane Folmar, Kyndzee Rae Folmar, Kambree Mae Folmar and Emma Kate Lundstrom.
