It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Martin (Edna, Texas), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Martin and Mary Emma Martin; his wife Georgie; and his siblings, Robert, Paul, Earl Martin, Pauline Baxter and Elva Lane.
He is survived by: his children, Fay Martin of Edna, Melanie, Joe Sullivan of Winnie, TX, Ray and Pam Martin of Guyman, OK.; his brother Mitchell; his grandchildren, Toby (Angie Martin), Tiffany (John Byrd), Hunter (Tessa Martin), Sarah Sullivan (JoLyn) of Rowlett, TX and Luke Dolan of Meeker, CO.; and his great grandchildren, Colby, McKinlee Martin of Hooker, OK, Cauy Martin, Payton Rice, Jake Byrd, Hazen Byrd, Laney Martin and Cutter Martin.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to STRONGLY suggests that memorial contributions be made in the name of Melvin Martin to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
