She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Walter Herrmann and Naomi Cruse Herrmann; and her husband Johnny Roy Price (J. R.). She is survived by: her sons, Richard Keith Kresta (Rhonda) and Jeffery Alan Kresta (Amanda); her sister Clarice Lampe (Paul); her grandchildren, Brooke Belicek (Jacob), Meredith Baker (Jake) and Aslan Hilliard; her great grandchildren, Harper Hadley, Brittan Belicek, Jonah Baker, Jeremiah Baker, Bexley Belicek, Jericho Baker and Bethany Belicek; her nephew Ryan Lampe (Amber); her great-nephews, Dylan Phillips, Holden Knupple and Trenton Lampe; her extended family Steven Schaper (Stacey); and also, Hayden, Colin, Ryan Barkdull (Richelle), Ashton and Bryce.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Maxine can be made to the Texana Museum and/or Texana Arts Council.
