She was predeceased by: her parents, George Steedley and Barbara Steedley; her husband Chester Byrul Rasmussen; and her children, Chester Jr., Glenn Lester and Linda.
She is survived by: her daughter Wilma Hajek; her grandchildren, Gretchen Dodds (Craig), Laya Clowers (Shane) and Erica Rasmussen; her great grandchildren, Dustin Dodds (Leah), Paige Storey (Ethan) and Whitni Clowers; and her great great grandchildren, Abigail Dodds, Jack Dodds, Madelynn Storey and Thomas Storey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Slavik Funeral Home (209 N Allen St, Edna, TX 77957). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Memories Cemetery.
